Postage costs are £1.99 for all orders. We will send all our goods via Royal Mail and will aim to ensure we despatch your parcel within 8-10 working days of order being placed. As all orders are custom-made and printed on demand, delivery lead times may vary on occasion due to circumstances out of our control. We are unable to deliver outside of the UK. We do not offer collection in person.
All products are custom-made and printed on demand, so unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchange. Please ensure you check the size guide before you place your order.
Every product will be thoroughly checked before being despatched, however if you find your product has been received damaged, then please contact us for further help. We will reply with instructions on how to proceed further. You have 14 days from receiving the item to tell us about the fault/damage
In the event of a customer having to return a product, the item must not be used and must be “as new” when returned to us. This means that the product has not been worn, used, washed or damaged, with original labels still attached. We will not accept items that do not fulfil the above criteria. Customers will need to take the responsibility to cover return postage cost.
